No Racing Experience

Racer with Another Group’s License
If you have a current license from a recognized motorsports sanctioning organization like IMSA, SCCA, NASA or the PCA, you may be eligible to receive a Provisional License. You must be a current member of the BMW Car Club of America. You will need to attach a complete resume of your racing experience, a copy of your current license, two references known to BMW Club Racing and an up to date medical form signed by your physician. The provisional license will allow you to race with BMW CCA Club Racing at any event. After four safe and successful events, you will be granted a full Competition License. Drivers are required to race two times per year with BMW CCA Club Racing to maintain their competition license.

If you have a current license from a Vintage Motorsports Council recognized sanctioning organization like HSR, VDCA, or VRG, you may be eligible to receive a complementary BMW CCA Club Racing license. You must be a current member of the BMW Car Club of America. You will need to attach a complete resume of your racing experience, a copy of your current license, and an up to date medical form (either ours, or from your vintage group) signed by your physician. Our vintage license will allow you to race with BMW CCA Club Racing at any event with a dedicated vintage run group (annual renewal required plus compliance with the medical requirements listed in BMW CCA Club Racing’s licencing policy).

If you currently hold a BMW CCA Club Racing license and need to renew for another year. You will need to attach proof of at least two events you have participated in over the past year (one of the two events must have been with BMW CCA Club Racing), and, if your Medical also about to expire, a copy of your updated medical form signed by your physician .

We do not require you to upload any additional medical forms or documents. The complete form should be retained in your medical file at your physician’s office. If your physical has run out, or will soon, have your physician sign a fully completed medical form and click the button below to submit it.
